Article 1—Purpose

The purpose of
these general terms and conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of goods offered by THE SELLER to the consumer.


Article 2 – Prices


The prices of our products are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise specified
, and exclude processing and shipping fees. For orders shipped to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(
s) in question. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be applicable. These duties and fees are not the responsibility of Cie Bracelet Montre Paris. You will be responsible for these charges and bear full responsibility for them, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and agencies in your country. We recommend that you consult your local authorities regarding these matters. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
Cie Bracelet Montre Paris reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time
the order is confirmed and subject to availability. The products remain the property of Cie Bracelet Montre Paris until the price has been paid in full. Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the ordered products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you. Also: The watch straps we sell are in no way the official straps of the watch brands listed on this site. Our straps are marked “Cie Bracelet Montre Paris.”

Article 3: Order Confirmation.


Any order placed on the “Cie Bracelet Montre Paris” website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. An email will be sent
to confirm your order. Cie Bracelet Montre Paris reserves the right not to process a payment and not to confirm
an order for any reason whatsoever, particularly in the event of a supply issue or a problem with the order received.


Article 5 – Payment


By confirming your order, you agree to pay the price indicated. Payment for your purchases is made by credit card
through Société Générale’s secure “Sogenactif” system.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal


You have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date you receive your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (including packaging and invoice). In this regard, you are held responsible. Any damage sustained by the product during the return process may result in the right of withdrawal being denied (the product must show no signs of use). You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Cie Bracelet Montre Paris will refund the amounts paid within 14 days of receiving notification of your request, using the same payment method used when placing the order.


Article 7—Availability


Our products are available as long as they are displayed on the Cie Bracelet Montre Paris website and while supplies last. If a
product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled.


Article 8 – Delivery


Products are delivered to the shipping address provided during the ordering process, within the timeframe indicated on the order
confirmation page.


Article 10 – Liability


The products offered comply with current French law. Cie Bracelet Montre Paris cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the laws of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities regarding the importation or use of the products or services you intend to order. Furthermore, Cie Bracelet Montre Paris shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product. Finally, Cie Bracelet Montre Paris shall not be held liable for any inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet, including service interruptions,

Article 11 - Governing Law in the Event of Disputes


The language of this contract is French. These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
